Propelio is a web-based proposal tool for agencies, consultants, studios, freelancers, and independent businesses. It lets you build polished, responsive proposals using a drag-and-drop block editor, share them by link, collect client e-signatures without requiring the client to create an account, and track when proposals are opened or signed. Clients sign from any device in one click. No download, no login wall.

## Workspace app

The proposal builder and workspace live at workspace.propelio.app. Clients do not need to visit this domain. They receive a direct link to their proposal page.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do clients need to create an account to sign?**
No. Clients open a secure link, review the proposal, and sign directly from their browser on any device. No signup required.

**Is the e-signature legally binding?**
Propelio captures a signing record including the signer's name, email, timestamp, IP address, selected pricing, and a content hash of the proposal at the moment of signing. For legal enforceability, ensure your proposal terms are appropriate for your business and jurisdiction.

**What happens after a proposal is signed?**
The proposal is locked to protect the agreed version. Both parties can download a PDF copy. The audit record is preserved.

**Can proposals be password-protected?**
Yes. Any proposal can be password-protected and given an expiry date. Old links stop working automatically once the date passes.

**Can my team collaborate on proposals?**
Yes. Propelio supports four roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, and Contributor. Edit locks prevent two people overwriting the same proposal at once.

**What happens if a client declines?**
You receive a notification immediately. The proposal record updates to show the declined status so your team can follow up.

**What currencies are supported?**
Propelio supports multiple currencies. GBP is the default for UK-based accounts.

**Can I use my own branding?**
Yes. Set your logo, brand colours, and typography once in workspace settings. Every proposal and template inherits them automatically.
